This Just In

McD's Snack Size Fruit and Walnut Salad has 220 calories in it.

Let's think about this for a second, people.

A Snickers bar has about 240 calories in it. I think a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups is around 250 calories.

I'm thinking a Snickers might be the better deal here. It certainly tastes far better than this yogurt...

Oh dear. Calorie wars. Violence is sure to follow when devoted lettuce-eaters confront the successful weight-losers who nonetheless eat Snicker's bars.

I'll go for the snickers.

FYI--the sugars in the fruit and yogourt from McD's act slower and last longer in your system than the sugars in the chocolate bar, which your body won't fully use and therefore will be leftover sitting in your gut. That is your diabetically-based information for the day(--trying to keep ME away from the chocolate bars you see....you go ahead and enjoy that snickers for me, OK?!!)

Or, we could all visit Bloggy and have one of those little bites fudge brownies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's Chocolate Tuesday and I haven't filled the chocolate quotient yet!

Eclectic - Wait! Where are you going? Come back!

Doug - Yeesh. You're right...

Mr. B - HI! So glad you stopped by! (Quit! Someone grab the brownies while I distract him!)

Lawbrat - Sounds like a good idea to me...

Effie - Wow! Thanks, Effie! I can't believe I nearly always forget about Chocolate Tuesday! (Could it be because I celebrate it every day?)

Eclectic - either someone said it, or was thinking about it really loudly... oh wait. I think that was me. :)

lol, I didn't know you last year when I did my "fruit and yogurt" experiment.

Those apples DON'T TURN BROWN.

The flies won't even touch them.

Seriously, run away.
